All content on this site is the property of ZJ Packaging © 2025. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content or software is strictly prohibited. Customers are responsible for ensuring any material submitted for printing does not violate third-party rights.
CUSTOMER CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for the content they upload. You must have all rights and permissions for any text, images, or trademarks used in your order. ZJ Packaging is not liable for infringement issues or offensive material submitted by users.
You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and passwords. ZJ Packaging may use your uploaded content to process and fulfill your order.
ARTWORK & DESIGN FILES
Design files are provided in low resolution (72 DPI). High-resolution files may be available upon request at an additional cost. Customer-submitted artwork must be CMYK with at least 300 DPI resolution. ZJ Packaging is not responsible for image or color issues arising from file format or resolution errors.
PROOFING & APPROVAL
All orders require customer approval of proofs and job specifications. ZJ Packaging is not responsible for errors (spelling, layout, colors, etc.) not caught and reported before printing. Proofs should be reviewed carefully before final approval.
COLOR MATCHING
While we strive for accuracy, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless a hardcopy proof is purchased. Color variations may occur due to printing processes and materials.
MATERIAL DISCLAIMER
Unless explicitly stated, our packaging materials are not food-grade. For food-safe packaging, written confirmation must be provided before placing the order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Charges apply based on the production stage:
Stage 1: $15 + 5% fee
Stage 2: 20% fee
Stage 3: 50% fee (if cancelation is possible)
Stage 4: No cancellations
Design service fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Orders with confirmed production errors will be reprinted, not refunded. Defect claims must be made within 3 business days of delivery, and at least 99% of the order must be returned to qualify for reprints.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
ZJ Packaging offers:
Standard (10–14 business days): No guaranteed delivery date.
Priority (8 business days): Guaranteed shipping post-approval.
Express (6 business days): Guaranteed shipping post-approval.
Free ground shipping is available in the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Shipping delays caused by external factors (weather, customs, carrier issues) are not our responsibility.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Inspect packages upon delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported within 3 business days. Printing trade standards allow ±5% variance in quantity.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify ZJ Packaging and its partners against any legal claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful content used in your orders.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ZJ Packaging is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or its services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or exact performance.
